By using the DeepShare extension, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this extension.

License

DeepShare is an open-source project released under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license. You may:

• Use this extension for free
• View and modify the source code
• Redistribute under the terms of the CC BY-NC 4.0 license

1. Scope of Use and Authorization

This browser extension (hereinafter referred to as "this tool") is designed to provide users with convenient content format conversion functions, limited to the following lawful purposes:

• Content created by the user or for which the user has obtained explicit authorization;
• Public information that is not protected by copyright or belongs to the public domain.

It is prohibited to use this tool for:

• Unauthorized copying or distribution of copyrighted content;
• Bypassing technical protection measures of target websites or violating their Terms of Service;
• Any behavior that may infringe on others' privacy, intellectual property rights, or violate local laws and regulations.

2. User Obligations and Responsibilities

2.1 Content Legality

You should ensure that all content processed through this tool meets the following requirements:

• Ownership of Rights: You are the lawful owner of the content or have obtained written authorization from the rights holder;
• Privacy Compliance: Does not contain any legally protected sensitive personal information (such as ID numbers, bank accounts, etc.).

2.2 Technical Use Restrictions

• This tool will not actively crack or bypass target website's anti-copy technologies (such as dynamic encryption, CAPTCHA, etc.), and its functionality depends on legitimate operations manually triggered by users;
• You agree to comply with all terms of service of the target website and bear the consequences resulting from violation of the terms (such as account suspension, legal liability, etc.).

3. Data Privacy and Security

3.1 Clipboard Data

• This tool only reads the Markdown text in the clipboard after the user allows reading clipboard content, and will not store or share any data;
• Clipboard content is only used for local format conversion and memory is released immediately after processing.

4. Disclaimer

• No Liability for Infringement: The developer is not responsible for illegal content processed by users through this tool, and all consequences shall be borne by the user;
• No Warranty: This tool is provided "as is" without any warranty of compatibility, functional completeness, or result accuracy;
• Right to Terminate: The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this tool service at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modified terms will be posted on this page.
